No. Fieldwork Ledger is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or any other certifying body. It is an independent helper for keeping your own records.

No. Only the official monthly and final verification forms are accepted. The printed summary is a plain table of your numbers to copy across, and the form fill puts them into your own downloaded copy of the official form, which you then check and sign in a PDF reader.

The rules in force on your intended application date: the 2022 requirements for applications before 1 January 2027, the 2027 requirements from then on. Set the date in your log. With no date, months are checked against the 2027 requirements.

One calendar month with one supervisor. Each supervisor signs their own monthly form, so two supervisors in the same month are two periods, each checked separately.

Because the handbook applies it to your total fieldwork hours, not to each month. The app checks it across the hours that count, and shows how much unrestricted time you would need to add.

No. The 2027 requirement tables list no minimum number of contacts, so none is enforced. The 2022 checker does count them, as 4 a month or 6 for concentrated fieldwork, and treats each entry with supervised time as one contact.

No. It shows exactly what the month is short by. Whether and how to adjust the hours on the form is for you and your supervisor, following the handbook.

No. Your supervisor decides whether an activity counts, and eligibility is decided by the certifying board. The app only does the arithmetic on the numbers you enter.
